Other Forms of Payment
Flex Account
If your employer has provided you with a flex account, we may debit your account towards your dental treatment.
ACH Payments
ACH Payments allow us to automatically withdraw payments from your account on a monthly basis. You must first authorize us to debit the account for the amount due and provide a voided check. Please ask your treatment coordinator for more information about this option.
